At Confetti Betty LLC, every item is made to order — crafted with care from your favorite photos into keepsakes you’ll treasure for years. Because each piece is personalized, all sales are final once your order has been placed.

That said, we want you to love what you receive! If something’s not right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

💌 If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 dearbetty@confettibetty.com or 📞 (734) 212-6580.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging showing the issue

  • A short description of what happened

Once we review your message, we’ll determine whether a remake or refund is most appropriate.

💕 Custom & personalized items

Because our products are handmade and custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Low-resolution or blurry photos provided by the customer

  • Slight color differences between your screen and the final print

If there’s a problem caused by us — a misprint, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item — we’ll take care of it promptly.

⏱ Request timeframe

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issue. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for remake or refund consideration.

💳 Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.
Please note that your bank or credit-card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at dearbetty@confettibetty.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

🌎 International orders

For customers outside the U.S., please note that custom and personalized items are exempt from the EU 14-day “right of withdrawal.”
