Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States using USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail services. Each order is carefully packaged and shipped from our studio in Plymouth, Michigan.

We’re also open to shipping internationally! If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at dearbetty@confettibetty.com for a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery time.

Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Larger quantities, custom shapes, or holiday-season orders may take a bit longer—but we’ll always keep you updated. If you need your order by a specific date, just email dearbetty@confettibetty.com and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat $5 shipping rate on all orders, no matter the size.
Orders over $35 ship free anywhere in the U.S.

Delivery Time & Tracking
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to weather, postal delays, or holidays.

Address Accuracy & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Confetti Betty LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided at purchase.

Bulk or Special Orders
For larger, event, or time-sensitive orders, contact us in advance so we can confirm expected processing and delivery timelines.
