Each Confetti Betty order is custom-made using the photos, text, and details you provide. Please upload only images you own or have permission to use.
Colors and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to lighting and printing differences. Because every item is individually crafted, small variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

2. Custom Work & Ownership of Photos

When you submit photos or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have full permission to use them.
You grant Confetti Betty LLC a limited license to use those images solely for producing, packaging, and (if needed) supporting your order.
We do not use or share customer photos for marketing without your express consent.

3. Orders

Orders begin production quickly after payment. If you need to make a change, contact us right away — we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t entered production.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing or correct errors at any time.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and accepted card providers. Please ensure your billing and shipping details are accurate so we can complete your order smoothly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship primarily through USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail within the U.S. and selected regions.
Estimated delivery times appear at checkout but may vary. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
Please double-check your shipping address — we can’t replace orders lost due to incorrect information.

6. Child Safety Notice

Our magnets and small accessories may include small parts or metal edges and are not intended for children under 3 years old.
Please keep all items out of reach of young children.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy in all listings, but mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product details, or availability without prior notice.
If an error affects your order, we’ll contact you promptly with options.

All logos, designs, text, and images on this website are the property of Confetti Betty LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
